Today we all met as it is our first Saturday in Ireland!!!
We had our time to relax in the morning since our classes start at 12!!! This is why there are many different plans before getting to school: Alice’s family plan was to play golf, Katia went to some gaelic practice with her sisters, others had the chance to relax with the others either watcing TV or playing games…
Some of us got to school around 11.45 and met Sarah, our English teacher. We already have a book and a notebook for the lessons.
We had our packed lunch in class -as usual- our sandwich and chips, fruit…
Afterwards, a mini bus took us to Longford and we had a chance to beat our friends at bowling. Three teams including Sarah and Maria. It has been very tight until the last moment, but it has been a fun competition.
In addition, they have prepared a dinner for us around 4:00 p.m. We have had nuggets, sausages, and many many fries!!!
We still had some free time to play afterwards: some outside running and chasing, others in the arcade until the bus came to pick us up to go back to our families. In the bus we have had the opportunity to learn how to send letters to Spain and how envelopes work as we to send you news from Ireland. It has been quite a challenge!!!
As we get home, it will be time to spend with our “families” and do many different plans!
